WHERE WE SERVE

ERP Consulting for US-Based Companies and Multi-Site Operations

Our team supports US-based manufacturing, distribution, and life sciences companies with vendor-neutral ERP software selection and client-side implementation support across the US and their operating locations, combining remote delivery with targeted on-site support when discovery, plant walks, vendor demos, cutover, or go-live activities benefit from being in person.

Supporting ERP Projects Across the US

John Hannan LLC works with US-based headquarters and operating locations across the country, supporting both single-site businesses and complex multi-site organizations. With team members across the United States and Canada, we can support clients across North America while bringing the right experience to each phase of an ERP selection or implementation.

Most work is delivered virtually for efficiency and continuity, with targeted travel when face-to-face collaboration creates greater value. On-site support may include discovery sessions, operational walkthroughs, process mapping, vendor demos, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.

Pennsylvania Roots with Broader US Reach

John Hannan LLC has roots in Lake Ariel and Philadelphia, providing practical access to manufacturing, distribution, and life sciences organizations across Pennsylvania and the broader Northeast. These locations also provide strong connectivity to major business and operating corridors while supporting a delivery model designed for clients across the United States.

Our Pennsylvania presence matters when regional access is useful, but geography does not limit how we work. We support clients wherever their headquarters, plants, warehouses, laboratories, partners, and project teams are located, traveling when on-site time improves understanding, alignment, or execution.

US-Focused Support with International Reach When Needed

Our primary focus is supporting US-based companies and their operating locations. When an ERP program extends across Canada, Europe, or other international locations, we can support the broader business footprint through virtual delivery and targeted travel based on project need.

How We Engage

We work based on project need, but we generally find a remote-first approach is preferred because it is efficient and effective. When the work benefits from face-to-face time, we travel nationally or globally to support key milestones.

Remote work is typically used for

  • Planning, program management, and cadence

  • Requirements and fit gap documentation

  • Vendor coordination and structured evaluation

  • Demo preparation, scoring, and decision support

  • Risk and readiness tracking

On-site time is typically used for

  • Stakeholder interviews and current-state walkthroughs

  • Process mapping and exception handling

  • Scripted demos using your scenarios and data

  • Cutover planning, readiness reviews, and go-live support

  • Post-go-live stabilization and adoption checkpoints
